Finding the right care is really hard - the CareBridge service provides you with a friendly expert to ask any questions and support the journey you're having to take. We are experts in providing Person-Centred care, alongside your loved one's local care agency if they're engaged to look after Mum or Dad already.
Uniquely, our team are passionate carers. We are fully trained in Personal Care, all have Care Certificates and all actively provide personal care in our local area. It's what makes CareBridge a bespoke service - we're the complete opposite of other remote care options you see. Our only language is Care - not an Alarm Receiving Centre who have received basic care keyword training.
